Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FlorinTM account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
